Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Partial Refunds:
In some cases we also help our customers with partial refunds (if applicable or eligible)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after Purchase.
2. Refunds (if Approved)
On being eligible & a return is approved after crossing the check parameters. Once return is received and inspected, we notify the customer by email & on the same email id which we receive with your return. We will also notify you regarding the process & final status of approval. If not approved we notify with valid rejections.
Before give the refund your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Correct Product: MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories should be present.
- Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
- Undamaged Packaging: The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return and refund if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller. Refund of payment will be made as per payment is received from the customer.
If Refund is approved, the same will get processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a very short period of time.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. On Sale items (if applicable)
If any item a buyer wishes to return then the item shouldn’t be ON SALE items. Regular Pricing on items fetches refunds.
5. The Refund Modes & Duration
Refund mode: Back to source - available for orders with all sellers. The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order.
Refund duration: The refund timelines will depend on the payment modes as listed below:
- Debit card - 5-7 days
- Credit card - 5-7 days
- Net banking - 3-5 days
- COD - 1 day
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
