Returns
Return of purchased item is an important part for any sale & purchase process. We understand our buyer & our seller’s problems. So we have a simple Return, Refund policy to benefit both. Our Refund Policy is valid within 15 Days of the date of actual Buying/bill generation. After 15 days from date of purchase we cannot cater such demands on refunds, returns.Return product delivery time may vary as per buyer's location.
Some Rules for Return back the goods:
All Products to be unused & the same in condition as one has bought originally]
The packaging should in original & do not tempered.
All Price Tags & Brand Labels to be in their original place only.
Size Tags needs to be as same as in the brand new condition.
All Products accessories to be in the original position only.
Essential Requirements to return:
Proof of purchase (Bill/Carrier Receipt)
Return to the authorized only
Condition check of Item. Item to be in original condition, non-damaged, complete as per original purchase, Original Packaging.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If not so when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over INR 1000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation Policy:
You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made
If any order is cancelled, those too have some regulation. A buyer can cancel up to 2 orders only. If any order gets cancelled for 3rd time it will fetch some negative remarks which further can lead to missing of new offers & discounts.
Data Retention Policy:
Data retention period is 6 months. We collect and generate various data points about you. Data by which you are identified is termed as “Personal Data”. Personal Data does not mean information that is freely available or accessible in public domain. Your Privacy is of utmost importance to us and protection of your Personal Data is a key commitment for us. We are governed by the provisions of applicable law in India including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 to maintain the privacy of your Personal Data.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
